Lease Basics Workshop

Tenfold will be covering the basic structures of a lease, what should be on it, and doing a lease review activity.
We will be going over different aspects of the tenancy that the lease covers, move in, move out, utilities, proper notice, waiver of notice to quit, etc. Bring your questions!
