At 58 years old, Jeffrey didn’t see himself and his 4-year-old son, Jabril, starting over. However, last October, he found himself in a dire predicament; his lease was not going to be renewed and they had nowhere to go.

Meet Sean
Sean shares how an accident changed his life in a matter of seconds. It happened so fast while rollerblading on a local road, “I was attempting to make a turn and rammed into a parked truck.” Sean, who was 15 years old at the time, was in a coma for two and a half weeks with a fractured head, and then spent the next six months in a rehabilitation facility addressing issues of memory, cognition, and physical therapy to relearn the basics of walking, talking and more.
